Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn and unwashed.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
